Research by Blue Heart International Organization and past experience in relation to cases of human trafficking, child abuse and violence against children has led to the conclusion that there needs to be:-
i. Thorough Investigations before cases are presented to court for prosecution.
ii. When accused persons are arraigned in court, they need to be monitored through empanelling of legal counsel, to ensure that the tenets of fair trial are achieved especially for the victims. In view of this, Blue Heart International Legal Committee will ensure that cases touching on human trafficking, child abuse and violence against children are conducted within a proper legal framework to ensure that justice is attained.
